Simmer Down

Simmer Down is an isopropyl alcohol and witch hazel based botanical liniment to help you maintain your cool & protect your energy. It is good to help you connect back to your body to ground and center, especially good for those times when you feel “floaty” or like your spirit is disconnected. It is good to bring you cooling and calm during heated moments. If “calm, cool, collected” was a botanical spray, that’s Simmer Down. Simmer Down is also good for joint achyness. It’s also been known to calm the itch from bug bites.

This blend is traditionally known as Alcoholado in Afro-Indigenous Caribbean spiritual traditions.

Made with a proprietary blend of organic botanical ingredients to calm, cool/reduce heat, and energetically protect, isopropyl alcohol, organic witch hazel, & essential oils. Includes a clear quartz crystal in the bottle.

It has a refreshing herbal and minty scent from the botanicals and just a touch of corresponding essential oils.
